Dave has over 30 years experience in sales, merchandising, global sourcing, and manufacturing.  Most recently, Dave was Vice President Sales and Business Development for The Agency.  Dave worked for The Home Depot for 11+ years as a Merchant, Product Development covering categories such as Plumbing, Bath, Kitchen, Electrical and Indoor/Outdoor Garden.  Dave also worked for GE, Motorola, and Lockheed Martin in various Sourcing Leadership roles.

Mary is a Merchandising and Supply Chain leader with over 16 years experience working for big box retailers and MRO distributors. She spent 10 years at Home Depot and 4 years at HD Supply leading teams in Inventory Management, Assortment Planning and Merchandising. Across her multiple roles, Mary has experience with Kitchen, Bath, Lighting, Appliances, Lumber and Millwork categories. Mary’s in depth understanding of supply chain best practices, the product line review process and experience developing programs as a merchant, bring a well rounded experience to the table. Her most recent role was as a Buyer/Merchant at HD Supply.
